Yellow Banded Possum Wrasse

The Yellow Banded Possum Wrasse (Wetmorella nigropinnata), is a durable, coral safe fish that can be kept with other mild mannered Wrasses and is not aggressive towards other fish. A single male can be kept with a group of females that is introduced prior to, or at the same time, as the male. It needs a 10+ gallon aquarium with ample rock work. The Possum Wrasse requires a tight fitting lid as most Wrasses are prone to jumping. This fish does not bother corals or invertebrates. Possum Wrasses should be fed a diet consisting of meaty foods like mysis, brine, LRS, & Rods, as well as pellets or flakes. Max size is around 3″.
