Tropic Marin O-Megavital Noriare natural red algae of the Porphyra species. These are a rich food that are readily fed on by many seawater fish species, particularly surgeon fish and other algae eaters. The Nori algae stand out with high contents of protein, B vitamins (B1, B2, B6 and B12) and taurine.
