Our True Cinnamon Bark from Sri Lanka provides valuable tannins, essential oils, and humic substances which condition the water, something we botanical hobbyists have grown to appreciate. Note: this bark does not require preparation. Our cinnamon bark is true Ceylon Cinnamon and not Cassia Cinnamon, meaning it is free of coumarins. The textures of this bark are truly amazing, helping to replicate a forest stream floor by providing shelter and foraging sites for our fish.
