ADA Bacter 100 is a soil additive which contains over 100 microorganisms in a dormant state, when active they support decomposition of organic substances. They aid in the stability of a healthy environment of the aquariums ecosystem. Use Bacter 100 by distributing it on the base of the aquarium substrate, such as AF lava soil or ADA power sand these products are both base substrates, then top with aquarium soil. Bacter 100 can also be used in mature aquariums not just on set up as discussed before, it can be added to the water column as an additive but can also be used to tackle blue green algae in the aquarium, applying it on top of the blue green algae can suppress it.
