The submerged leaves of L. sp. ‘Vietnam’ are linear to lanceolate, featuring an acute tip and a slightly serrated edge, it is light green in colour, with the leaf midribs and stems taking on a light reddish-brown hue under strong light.
This stem works well in the mid to background of the aquarium, it can also work well in iwagumi style layouts.
You can create dense bushes that can be kept in form by regular trimming, the plant has a creeping to bushy growth pattern. Under strong light, the central veins of the leaves and the stems can assume a reddish hue.
