Orange Neocaridina Cherry Shrimp are a popular and vibrant freshwater shrimp species, prized by aquarium enthusiasts for their bold coloration and ease of care. Here’s a detailed description:

Orange Cherry Shrimp (also called Orange Neocaridina or Orange Sakura Shrimp)

Scientific Name:

Neocaridina davidi

Colour Variant:

Bright orange (a selectively bred colour morph of the common red cherry shrimp)

Size:

• Adult size: ~11.5 inches (2.53.8 cm)

Lifespan:

• Around 12 years+ with proper care

Shrimp are sensitive to water quality and must only be addded to cycled tanks to ensure survival.
