Additionally, mysis shrimp are one of the few frozen foods that seahorses will readily eat. Mysis shrimp are a small, protein rich brackish water creatures known to act as a feeding stimulant for various fish and seahorses, which is currently thought to be caused by the presence of certain amino acids.
